• Ad Creation: We create a tailored ad text and translate it into all required languages. We professionally edit between 20 and 40 photos, add a video if desired, and provide a detailed listing of your property’s features. We also integrate the availability calendar and pricing list.
• Communication and Booking Management: After completing the listing, we handle inquiries in all languages and actively promote your property. Once a booking is confirmed, we generate a booking confirmation and send it to you.
• No Ongoing Costs – Only Pay Commission on Successful Bookings: With us, there are no ongoing fees or hidden costs. You only pay a 20% commission on the total booking value, and only when a booking is made. Additionally, you can reduce your commission to as low as 15% through our referral program: Save 1% for each new client you refer for one year.
